• Paytm – Flat 1% internet convenience charge (If you withdraw 500Rs then 5 Rs transaction charges will be levied) you will get 495Rs in the Paytm account.
• Bank- Flat 10Rs internet convenience charge (If you withdraw 500Rs then 10 Rs transaction charges will be levied) you will get 490Rs in the Paytm account.
• Paytm – Flat 12Rs internet convenience charge (If you withdraw 500Rs then 12 Rs transaction charges will be levied) you will get 495Rs in the Paytm account.

Note!

• Instant Withdrawals works only on working days i.e Monday – Friday {11:00 Am : 6:00 Pm}
• You cannot request for instant withdrawal on Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays.

How To Add UPI Id, Bank, Paytm Number?

You can add details for all 3 withdrawal modes and can withdraw in any mode.

• Click on “ME”.
• Navigate to KYC tab.
• Update your contact details.
• Upload Id proof
• Ignore if already verified.

UPI

• In the KYC tab, go to the bank tab
• If you use PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm UPI then copy any of your UPI id.
• UPI id generally looks like – asdc@oksbi , 343248632@ybl  (Example)
• Update your UPI id in the “UPI VPA” field.
• Click on save.

Bank

• In the KYC tab, go to the bank tab
• Fill “Bank Name, Your name as mentioned in the bank records, Account number, IFSC code”
• Click on save.

Paytm

• In the KYC tab, go to the bank tab
• Fill the Paytm number field.
• Click on save.
